✅ Step-by-Step Installation Guide
1. Attach the LED Logo on Top
Start by mounting the LED logo signage on the top of the machine. This enhances visibility in high-traffic locations.
Align the logo with the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Secure it using the 6 screws provided.
Connect the LED power cable inside the machine to activate lighting.
💡 Tip: Check the LED lights after powering on to ensure proper connection.
2. Open the Machine and Remove Ties
Before turning on the power:
Open the front door of the machine.
Carefully cut and remove all shipping ties and internal foam packaging materials.
Take care not to damage any internal cables or components during this step.
3. Fill in the Ink Cartridges
Each ink bottle is labeled with a color (C, M, Y, K, LC, LM). Inside the machine, the ink tanks have corresponding labels.
Match the ink bottle to the correct tank.
Slowly pour ink into each tank, ensuring you do not exceed the maximum fill line.
Repeat for all six colors to ensure consistent ink flow.
⚠️ Avoid mixing colors and overfilling to maintain print quality and system safety.
4. Connect the Power Supply
Remove the bottom panel of the machine.
Feed the power cable from the bottom up through the designated opening.
Connect the cable securely to the internal power socket.
🔌 Confirm the cable is fully inserted and stable before reattaching the panel and switching on the power.
5. Backend Setup
After powering on the machine, wait for the system to load.
Long-press the upper-right corner of the touchscreen.
Enter the default password: 123456 to access backend settings.
Navigate to Print Settings → Choose a print mode → Tap Start.
Wait 1 minute, then tap Stop.
Tap “Cleaning Printer” to perform an automatic nozzle cleaning.
🔐 Remember to change the default password after setup to secure your machine.
6. Perform Test Print
Place a blank phone case on the printing platform.
Place a sheet of A5 paper on top of the phone case.
Tap “Test” on the screen.
The printed result should show six color bars confirming all ink channels are working. If any color is missing, repeat the “Cleaning Printer” step and test again.
7. Connect Your Mobile Device and Upload Design
Scan the QR code on the machine or visit the linked website.
Register an account with your email and log in.
Bind the machine serial number to your account.
This connection allows you to upload custom phone case designs and manage print jobs remotely.
8. Load Phone Cases into Storage Slots
The machine includes multiple numbered storage compartments for different phone models.
Sort and place each phone case model into the appropriate slot.
Use the backend system or mobile app to upload inventory data, ensuring the model names match the slot numbers.
